Books to Read for 5 – 8 Year Olds
The books in this section have been selected for children aged 5 to 8 years (approximately) to read on their own. A number of them are picture books that they will probably be familiar with hence making it easier for them to read and will finish in one sitting, providing satisfaction. The other books are for more confident readers and will require a few reading sessions to complete.
